Pets Corner is currently in a closed beta. These terms are lightweight by design. We are not a registered business entity yet and no payments are collected at this stage.

What Pets Corner is

Pets Corner is a community platform for pet owners in the Philippines for breeding matches, playdates, and community discussion. It is currently in a closed beta testing phase. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.

Beta disclaimer

The platform is provided as-is during this testing phase. We make no guarantees about uptime, data retention, or feature availability. Do not rely on Pets Corner as your only record of any information you store here.

No commercial transactions

Pets Corner does not charge for access and does not process payments. Any arrangements you make with other users including agreements about breeding fees, stud fees, or pet purchases are entirely between you and that person. We are not a party to those transactions and accept no liability for them.

Your content

You own the posts, comments, and photos you create on Pets Corner. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content to other users of the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any law or the rights of others. We may remove content that is illegal, harmful, or that violates these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is false, misleading, or harassing.
  • Use the platform to sell or solicit outside its intended purpose without our permission.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or interfere with the platform's security.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers against the platform.

Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account, at our discretion, that we believe is violating these terms, abusing the platform, or acting in bad faith toward other users.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Philippine law, Pets Corner and its team are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including any agreements made between users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
